November 24, 2015

Are you pregnant but holding off on finding out the gender of your baby? What a fun way to go through pregnancy with the BIG reveal when you lay eyes on your baby for the first time.

So, how can you share your exciting news without revealing the gender? We’ll give you 10 creative ways here:

Ultrasound Pic

You can’t go wrong with a classic ultrasound image! What you’ll need: your ultrasound picture plus two drawings of a boy and girl image. Easy, peasy!

Positive Pregnancy Test

Everyone keeps their pregnancy tests, right?! (Or is that just us?) What you’ll need: your positive pregnancy test with a note featuring both pink AND blue on it.

Three Peas in a Pod

We're adding another pea to our pod! We love this idea, as it is simple but creative. What you’ll need: mold your own peas or find this cute Etsy shop to do it here.

Donuts

Sharing your news with a crowd? We thought this idea was fun if you’re sharing your news with co-workers or family. What you’ll need: a box of assorted donuts and a note with your ultrasound image telling everyone else to eat up cause mama can't be the only one with a belly.

Eggo my Lego

Breakfast anyone? This made us laugh, as so many people take pictures of their food, so why not share your morning breakfast with everyone? What you’ll need: an Eggo waffle and letters “P” and “R.” Get it? PR...eggo.

Cookies

Love to bake? Share an adorable presentation of an edible announcement with a group of friends and family. What you’ll need: I, M, P, R, E, G, N, A, N, T cookie cutters, heart-shaped cookie cutters, cookies, pink and blue frosting.

Poem

Isn’t this poem perfect? “Ten little fingers, ten little toes. Two little eyes, one little nose. Boy or girl? Nobody knows!” What you'll need: place this phrase on a card with blue and pink lettering.

Bzzzz

We love the take on a bumblebee theme! What you’ll need: share a yellow and white card with a cute saying “She or he, what will it bee?”

Belly Pic

Once your belly has popped share a picture of your pretty belly with two ribbons tied around it. What you’ll need: a pink and blue ribbon and someone to take your picture.

Extra Pair of Shoes

Isn’t this idea cute? What you’ll need: someone to take a picture of you and your significant other’s feet, plus an extra pair of baby shoes.
