My Peace of Mind

April 13, 2022
This is the an installment of Owlet’s “A Night in the Life” series, featuring real parents sharing their experiences with the Owlet Monitor. Click here to see all blog posts in the series. When Miss Sullivan Louise came into our lives in April of 2015 we were immediately consumed with so much love. Yet we were also consumed with so much worry. Having peace of mind seemed like something we’d never achieve. SullyBirth_AttentionToDarling Then in November, I came across Owlet. When I read that Owlet tracks heart rate and oxygen level via pulse oximetry (just like what they use in hospitals via the clamp on your finger), I was blown away. Finally(!), something that keeps watch over my baby girl so I can do other important things, like sleep! OwletSock_AttentionToDarling There are too just too many factors present when you’re a new mom to ever have full peace of mind, but my husband and I now call Owlet our little piece of mind. I just wish I had discovered this back in April when Sully was born, I’ve enjoyed using Owlet so much! OwletWear_AttentionToDarling OwletVelcro_AttentionToDarling We now get much better sleep and we even brought it with us when traveling over the holidays. My favorite part is that it works through the Owlet app, right on my phone, which I of course always have nearby. OwletApp_AttentionToDarling Sully is so comfortable in the little sock, she doesn’t even notice it’s on! It fits gently, but snugly on the left foot and even slips right into her winter fleece PJs. The base stays in our room while she’s sleeping in her nursery and is designed to make a loud sound if heart rate or oxygen fall outside of range. OwletKisses_AttentionToDarling I hope y’all have enjoyed a little glimpse into our bedtime routine with Owlet. Thank you for letting me share about this new little piece of mind we’ve found, may it give you comfort as well! OwletFinal_AttentionToDarling Fly on over to to read more from Erin!
