So if you know me, you know I worry about EVERYTHING. So when I got the chance to try out Owlet I was so excited because Emitt sleeping is one less thing I have to worry about, and let me tell you why!
I have found the best baby monitor out there and it is Owlet. When Logan was a baby she slept in her rock and play right next to our bed with my hand over her belly to make sure I felt her breathing, and it was rough! I literally dreaded nighttime because that is when I worried most, and I knew I wasn't going to get much sleep. So when Emitt was born for the first couple of months it was the same worries, it is exhausting, until I got Owlet. It has been a life changer. I don't dread the nighttime anymore, and I actually sleep instead of waking up every five minutes!

The Owlet is a little sock that goes on the left foot and it tracks your baby's heart rate and oxygen levels. The monitor uses clinically-proven technology, it's called pulse oximetry. It is a small light that shines through your skin and the amount of blood flow and oxygen levels are estimated based on how much light is transmitting to the sensor. And another thing that makes Owlet awesome is that it is compatible with your smart phone! So if your child is sleeping upstairs and you are downstairs, the base is designed to send signals to your phone and send you a notification! Owlet is designed to send signals to sound a notification if your child's heart rate dips too low, or rises too high, or if their oxygen gets too low.
