If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 45 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within 45 days from the date of purchase. To request a RMA, please contact our customer service department at (844) 334 – 5330.
  • Product(s) returned to Owlet directly must have been purchased from our website,
  • Product(s) purchased from any retailer or website other than must be returned to original purchase location, in accordance with the return policy of the purchase location.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning product(s) to Owlet.
  • Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) as per the sole discretion of Owlet.
  • If the Product(s) is returned without a RMA, Owlet cannot process your refund.
  • The product(s) must be returned to Owlet within three weeks after the completion of the RMA form to be considered a valid return.
  • Depending on your financial institution, the processing of your refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment in which the order was placed. If you no longer have the card you originally used to place your order, your financial institution will issue your refund in check form.
  • You will be issued an email when your return has been received and processed by Owlet Baby Care.
  • Owlet may require that you provide your credit card account  information in order to place your Return Order.  Your account will not be charged if Owlet receives the returned Product within the time indicated.
  • In the event that you do not return the Product within three weeks, Owlet may charge your account for the cost of the replacement Product.


  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • The product(s) must be returned to Owlet within three weeks after the completion of the RMA form to be considered a valid return.
  • Shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.
  • Any Product(s) purchased from an unauthorized retailer or website (Ebay, Craig’s List, etc.) will null and void the return and warranty policy.
  • Please ensure you include all components in your returned unit. Incomplete returns (missing base station or missing sensor) will be refunded the retail value of parts received by Owlet’s returns processing department.
  • You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product(s) while in transit to Owlet.
  • Owlet reserves the right to change these policies or procedures at any time without notice.

Owlet was not designed for twins. We do plan on developing a more twin friendly version. Right now the app only works with one iOS device at a time. You can use two Owlet monitors in your home, you just need two base stations, two socks, and two iOS devices (or you can log out and back in from the same iOS device).

Yes, the Owlet Base Station is your primary alert. It will alert you with both flashing lights and a buzzer. If you want to make sure to get alerts, stay within hearing distance of the Base Station. You can also receive alerts on your phone via WiFi.
